1. Contest Period: The contest begins on September 15th and ends on October 15th at 11:59 p.m. (local time in Puerto Rico).

2. Eligibility: Participation is open only to individuals over 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, partners, and affiliates of Somos Playas Store, as well as their direct relatives, are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate: Participants can enter the contest by visiting the physical store in Condado, Puerto Rico, or by browsing online at SomosPlaya.com. Once there, they must fill out the corresponding entry form.

4. Entry Limit:  Only one entry is allowed per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random among all valid entries received during the contest period. The selection will take place within 5 days following the contest's closure.

6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone, depending on the information provided in the form. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize: The prize consists of a $250 gift card valid for purchases at Somos Playa Store, either in the physical store or online. The card is not redeemable for cash and has no expiration date.

8. General: By participating, contestants agree to comply with these official rules and the decisions of the organizers, which are final and binding in all aspects. Somos Playa Store reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

9. Personal Data: The data provided by participants will be used exclusively for the administration of the contest and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the fulfillment of the prize.

10. Liabilities: Somos Playas Store is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, nor for technical, hardware, or software problems.

11. Changes: Somos Playas Store reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time if deemed necessary.
Jurisdiction: This contest is subject to the laws and regulations of Puerto Rico.
